Troy Hood, a native Kentuckian, has been in the computer industry for over 25 years and has a degree in Electronic Engineering. He enjoys spending free time with his wife, Shannon and three children, Hunter, Hannah and Gabriel. He also enjoys canoeing/kayaking, whitewater rafting, skiing, skydiving, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, camping and motorcylce riding. He is an avid UK fan and an active member of his church.

A self-taught web designer, Rachel has been designing and building websites since the age of 14. In her free
time she enjoys playing her guitar and viola, singing and songwriting and watching films. She was born
and raised in Louisville.

Gary grew up in Louisville, attended Southern High School and earned a BS from Western Kentucky University. He is married to Carolyn and they have a grown daughter, Kelley.
Gary loves to travel end enjoys hiking and reading.

Daniel Delgado
Developer
Daniel came to Louisville in 2005 by way of Florida where he attended Lecanto High School and studied Computer Science at the University of Central Florida. He has been in the IT field for 7 years. In his spare time he enjoys playing baseball and recording music. Daniel hopes to further his career in the industry and became a valuable asset to the Strategic Marketing Team.

Pam Plaskon

Pam joined Strategic Marketing in 2005. She enjoys training our dealers to use our Leadflow System. She also loves taking on projects that require organization.
She and her husband, Steve have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. She spent many years as her children grew up at swim meets and soccer games, but now that all the kids are grown, she and her husband enjoy taking on a variety of household projects. Pam has always loved interior design and sometimes takes on design projects for friends and family.
She loves attending her church, reading, taking long walks, sitting on the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
